Denver Regional Council of Governments

Our advertising creative worked to emphasize the $125k tax credit benefit to draw businesses eye. Then as businesses learn more, they understand the additional benefits for their employees and the environment. We also worked to show the Colorado Clean Commute approval icon as a badge of honor that participating companies can use to show off their own good behavior as proof of good conduct to current employees, prospective employees, the Denver business community, stakeholders, and competitors.

Way to Gotober

The “Save a Life” brand campaign was created to help Betty Ford Alpine Gardens solicit memberships and increase donor engagement. This campaign was created to raise awareness of the Gardens mission and to help increase donations to support efforts. Most visitors to the gardens are unaware of the important scientific work being done related to conservation and preservation of the alpine environment and native alpine plants. This campaign features the heroes of the alpine, the unique plants that are native to the areas above treeline, with graphics that show the plant’s relationship and role in the greater ecosystem.

We Are The Traffic

The "We Are The Traffic" campaign by the Denver Regional Council of Governments (DRCOG) aims to reduce traffic congestion and improve commuting experiences. The initiative encourages residents to bundle errands, use public transportation, bike, carpool, and explore other alternatives to solo car travel. The campaign promotes MyWayToGo.org for planning trips, comparing transportation options, and signing up for commuting tips and challenges. By adopting these strategies, participants can save time, reduce stress, and contribute to a less congested and more sustainable transportation network.

Drive to Zero

GOAL
Educate Denver-area drivers about the dangers, risks and consequences of speeding, specifically, off highways and interstates.

SOLUTION
A vehicle traveling at 40 mph is 60% more likely to cause injury or death to a pedestrian than one going just 20 mph. The majority of fatal crashes don’t happen on highways. They happen in suburban neighborhoods or city streets at low speeds of 40 mph or so.

POSITION
The deadliest kind of speeding doesn’t look like speeding at all.

Way To Go - Schoolpool

The “Best Friends Are Made In Carpool” campaign was designed to raise awareness among families and school administrators of a government program that supports carpooling to and from school, with the ultimate goal of reducing traffic congestion caused by single-occupant vehicles and improving air quality in the Denver metro region. Parents know that carpooling can be inconvenient and there’s a hurdle to get over to convince parents to change their routine. We thought the promise of making lasting friendships for their kids in carpool, would be more compelling than the promise of clean air. And we think we were right.

Carpool Conversations

The "Carpool Conversations" campaign by the Denver Regional Council of Governments (DRCOG) aims to reduce traffic congestion and improve commuting experiences. The campaign featured short interviews with real Colorado carpoolers to demonstrate the benefits of carpooling beyond just “getting a ride to work”. The campaign works to promote My Way To Go’s carpool connection service. By adopting these strategies, participants can save time, reduce stress, and contribute to a less congested and more sustainable transportation network.
