We provide strategic marketing support, combined with the full array of integrated marketing services that includes brand strategy and brand identity, traditional and digital advertising strategy and campaign execution, social media, direct mail, email, signage, SEO and website maintenance.
Our stewardship of this heritage brand includes consistent management of all aspects of the brand story and communications to multiple audiences that include local markets, destination visitors, and employees. Marketing strategies have to work on many levels and can range from broad awareness to highly targeted direct marketing that drives immediate revenue.
Our goal is to maintain and sustain the loyalty of a broad and diverse visitor population that makes up our current recurring visitor base plus annual membership base. At the same time, we need to innovate in line with the brand, and introduce the resort to new segments of Colorado residents and visitors, to set up the brand for future long-term sustainable growth.
We implement targeted and seasonal campaigns that deliver a level of personalization that is right for each segment of our visitor population. Our strategies take into account weather, product usage patterns, channel usage, and holiday calendars. Yampah Mineral Baths Launch
Integrated campaign to launch new expansion to an historic resort property. Glenwood Hot Springs Resort, founded in 1888, finds itself in a highly competitive market today and while the property dominates the landscape, visitors need to be reminded the property is still there and still innovating. Five new pools expand the property by more than 20%, while still maintaining the original character of the resort.

The full-page newspaper ads ran two weeks before the new Yampah Mineral Baths opened. The purpose of the ad was to build excitement for the opening and tie into the history of the mother hot spring and the resort.

This carousel ad on Facebook and Instagram highlights the primary competitive advantages of Glenwood Hot Springs Resort while also teasing the 5 new pools.
“Life Is Short - Take a Water Break” Commercial
Our commercials for Glenwood Hot Springs Resort are designed to show off the new Yampah Mineral Baths on the east end of the Glenwood Hot Springs Resort. We utilize dramatic drone footage to highlight the resort's beauty and demonstrate the property's sheer expanse, appealing to consumers scrolling social media channels for unique travel destination ideas.
“Take A Water Break” Hotel Room Doorhanger
We printed new doorhangers for the Lodge at Glenwood Hot Springs Resort to encourage all Lodge guests to be the first to discover the new Yampah Mineral Baths. We tied into the Water Break campaign with our sign off line: “Please tidy our room while we take a water break.”

Website Redesign
Rebuilding the Glenwood Hot Springs Resort website focused on improving the user experience so that visitors could quickly and efficiently link to pass purchase or room booking. Overall design and content were improved to reflect a more modern and elevated resort experience, reflective of the multi-million dollar property improvements which have been made to the pools, hotel and surrounding property. Updates to navigation, page layout, style, and nomenclature were made to clarify this historic resort’s position as the leader in Colorado hot springs destinations, home of the world's largest mineral hot springs pool. Clear decision paths were made to ensure families visiting the site could quickly and easily book or buy a pass.
Video and imagery was added to give a sense of place and provide a more immersive experience that helped guests envision being on the property. SEO improvements were implemented to improve search engine visibility. Content was added to help tell the story of the resort as the iconic destination originally founded in 1888, and preserved and meticulously improved and preserved over more than 135 years. A clear content strategy and messaging hierarchy were established, guiding future content development. The site was moved to a new hosting environment and shifted to WordPress platform, enabling site administrators to sustain the website and enact regular content updates on a daily basis.

Lose Track of Time
Our campaign in support of Glenwood Hot Springs Resort is designed to raise awareness and drive overnight lodge bookings at the historic hot springs property that’s been a source of wellness and adventure in the Rocky Mountains since 1888. The campaign relies on the beauty of the resort and the multitude of activities available in the Rocky Mountains, combined with the promise of weekend adventure, to entice Colorado residents to “Lose Track of Time” at this iconic resort. Executions are timed with the seasons and rotate through the calendar.
